In a groundbreaking court battle for equal justice, a Mexican American billionaire has taken on tech giants. This case symbolizes the fight for justice for all and highlights the importance of equality in our society. The outcome of this landmark trial could potentially have far-reaching implications for the tech industry and beyond. #JusticeForAll #Courts #EqualityNowAs an American, I demand equal justice in our court system. When I take Google, Amazon, TikTok, and so on to court, I demand equal justice under the law in a federal court.
I don’t want to fly one thousand miles to a federal courtroom on my dime somewhere in Texas, next to Waco, TX, and be told my cases are dismissed as soon as I walk into the court because the defendants are the judges' fishing buddies, as recorded on the court's record that day by Judge Alan D. Albright.
No, I want justice, not a paid-off federal judge appointed by Trump, who is obviously severely racist based on the way he looked me in the eye and smiled as he slammed his gavel on the bench.
No, this is not justice.
A Republican did that.
Now that I have a brand new second patent, everyone except Microsoft and IBM goes back to court, and this time I want a judge to do his job, not a paid-off, biased fishing buddy of all the defendants.
Meanwhile, all my blood relatives are crossing the border for a better life in the land that we, the dark-skinned Mexican Americans, used to rule before the annexation of Mexico by the United States, the same thing Putin is pulling in Ukraine.
Our rights as humans and citizens of this country obviously have not been restored through natural birth on our own land, occupied by the racist white Republicans.
The way it looks, we will never have rights, more or less equal rights.
This just sucks!
I personally don’t have any issues with the Mexican Americans crossing through barbed wire fences with young children.
Until federal justice is given to someone like myself, now worth over $720 billion as a Mexican American who earned every cent under direct discrimination, sabotage, and just hate from evil individuals, I have no issue at all with my fellow Mexican Americans because we obviously are never going to be given any rights.
But I’m an optimist and I leave a door open for federal justice at all times.
Let’s see if we can make America great by giving me, Gabriel De La Vega Jr., equal justice in our federal courtrooms in the near future.
