Gabriel De La Vega Jr. – Easter Message on Justice and Patents
This is Gabriel De La Vega Jr., today's Sunday, Happy Easter, everybody. Yeah, you know, that news again, and you turn that news on and they're saying that, you know, people that are construction workers or whatever this guy did for a living, this guy that got deported without any, you know, after a judge says, he's not supposed to go anywhere, he's supposed to be in the United States, you know. And the Trump administration legally said they deported him illegally and admit to it, and they don't give a shit. Well, who's violent here? I mean, who's the violent criminal? If we have a bunch of white MAGA people up there in the White House deporting everybody when they feel like it, disrespecting the patents issued to me by the United States government, two patents for live streaming mobile video. Violent criminals, any chance they get, they'll stop you, they'll pull you over, they'll mess with you. They've been doing this to me since day one. Like, ever since I got my driver's license. These sons of bitches are violent. They're bad people. These white people, they're totalitarian dictators. Totalitarian racist sons of bitches. They came over to this country, took over the country, killed all the Indians. The point is, they killed everybody and nobody has rights except white people. Now, this is not right. It totally is not correct. I checked Boxed Incorrect on their behavior.
To disrespect my patents worth billions of dollars and trying to wait it out till the patents expire in 2027 and then all of a sudden we start over again to be racist again. This sets back the United States, maybe before the beginning, the United States, which makes us barbarous people if we don't respect these laws that we created. If we don't respect our own laws, how is anybody else going to respect them? So, just because I came up with this multi-billion-dollar idea, and I'm not the right color white, does not give you the right to not give me my due process in court and let me sue all these big companies that are taking my money. And then the Trump organization goes up there and this judge says, he omits being racist and all this stuff. Judge Alan D. Albright dismissed my case with prejudice, and suddenly I have a second patent born. And then suddenly, I'm going to take all these Google guys and everybody else back to court, and suddenly people start running into me with cars, running off with no insurance, and luckily the second one that ran into me at the same place had insurance and it gave me a little bit of money. But these attacks, well, my back is still messed up for sure. MRIs show the bulges in my back, my spine. Elon Musk, these sons of bitches are barbarians. If they're attacking me with cars and messing up my spine, who's the barbarian here? Who's the criminal? You white sons of bitches. No good for nothing, trying to kill me with car accidents, paying people to run into me because you have billions of dollars to deport people and to pay people to run into me, using the infrastructure we developed to protect the rights of citizens who obey the Constitution.
I'm not a criminal. I'm just a guy inventing things you guys are using. Suddenly I'm being attacked for doing something good. You say, well, it's not good because he isn't white. So it's obviously not good. It must be bad, so we're going to attack him and try to just get rid of him and keep his invention and use it. Well, forget you, because you're no good for nothing, period! This is Gabriel De La Vega Jr. Today’s Sunday—Happy Easter to everyone. I turned on the news again and heard something that disturbed me deeply. A man—an honest working-class individual—was deported even after a judge ruled he was supposed to remain in the United States. And shockingly, the Trump administration admitted they deported him anyway—illegally. So who’s the real criminal here? For years, I’ve faced harassment and systemic abuse. Ever since I got my driver’s license, I’ve been profiled, pulled over, disrespected. Meanwhile, my patents—two U.S.-issued patents for live mobile video streaming—are being ignored and violated by massive tech corporations. These patents are worth billions. Despite the clear value of my inventions, I’m treated like I don’t matter—like I don’t belong. Why? Because I’m not white? Because I dared to innovate? Judge Alan D. Albright even dismissed my lawsuit with prejudice, disregarding due process and my right to seek justice. Yet, the evidence is undeniable. After I filed my second patent, I became a target—hit by cars twice, with permanent damage to my spine. I have the MRIs to prove it. I’m not a criminal—I’m a citizen, an inventor, and a person standing up for what’s right. It’s not just about me. It’s about what happens when our legal system fails to protect creators and citizens who don’t fit a certain mold. If we don’t respect our own laws, how can we expect the world to?
