The dilemma of being a highly successful Mexican American in Las Vegas, Nevada, or just the United States.

As a Mexican American born in the United States, especially in a city like Las Vegas, Nevada, I have had no problem using the English language while attending elementary, junior high, and high schools alongside white kids my age.

I grew up American!

Suddenly, average wealth came to a person like me born in America.

But both cultures in America assert that that is not correct.

Many Hispanic communities assert that I’m not supposed to make that kind of income because other average Hispanics don’t make that kind of money in the zip codes I choose to live in.

Then, a few years ago, not too long ago, I showed a new car dealership in Las Vegas, NV my patent for live streaming mobile video. At that time, I had only one patent, but now I have two for the same invention. I told the car dealership my patent is currently worth billions. As a result, they financed a new Tahoe Z sports Tahoe with zero dollars down because I was highly successful and was on my way to Texas to sue Microsoft, Google, Amazon (Twitch), IBM, and Facebook, upon my litigation lawyer's request.

Meanwhile, I used the new Tahoe to give Lyft and Uber rides, making around $10,000 per month in gross revenue.

So, I stopped at a Taco Shop at Flamingo and Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I pulled into the parking lot in front of the Albertsons supermarket parking lot next to the Taco Shop in front of a car with a couple of black guys just sitting in their car near the front door of the Taco shop.

I heard the black guys make some envious remarks about my Tahoe as I got out of the vehicle to walk towards the door of the Taco Shop.

To cut a long Taco shop story short, I walked out of the Taco Shop after eating my tacos to find the back windows of my brand new Tahoe Z busted. The back passenger window had to be replaced, which took days and cost me time, frustration, and money.

I made a police report about the incident and never heard back from the police if those black suspects were ever arrested. Meanwhile, I never went back to the Taco Shop because there is no safe place to park my vehicle as a successful Mexican American wanting to do what all true authentic Mexican Americans want to do, which is to eat good tacos.

Meanwhile, that Taco restaurant went out of business, probably because the police department has lots of black officers and probably felt I deserved to get my windows beat in on my new $80,000 Tahoe while I ate tacos.

When I made the police report, the black officer asked me if I said anything to those black guys which made them break my windows. I said no.

So, I guess the black intake officer felt it was my fault for stopping there and eating tacos.

So that’s probably why that taco shop is no longer in business because no one can safely stop there to eat tacos.

So today, I drive an older vehicle, and my office is now in that area, and the same similar attacks are happening to my vehicle parked in that same area regardless of whether I’m eating tacos or not.

Those attacks are still under investigation, which has clear evidence of tampering and will not fully be disclosed at this time.

So getting back to the subject, the whites reject me because I invented live streaming video and have two patents for that internet protocol called intellectual property.

The Chinese hate me because China now has to pay me money.

The Hispanics despise me because I usually make more money than the average Hispanics in that zip code and speak English as my native language.

The blacks in Las Vegas and the United States feel I should not make money to buy new Tahoes and eat at fine taco shops without getting my vehicle sabotaged in an effort to slow me down financially.

So far, the only safe place I have found to eat tacos with a new Tahoe, speaking English, is El Paso, TX. But the white people in that region drove several hundred miles to El Paso from a neighboring city and recently shot up the shopping mall and Walmart, killing several innocent Mexicans and Mexican Americans at a place that I frequently usually go to in an effort to shop and just enjoy life in a racist-free environment.

So there is obviously something not right with this picture.

It’s kind of crooked and needs to be straightened out.

As a Mexican American navigating the vibrant yet complex landscape of Las Vegas, I’ve encountered the multifaceted challenges of racial discrimination and patent infringement. My journey is a testament to the resilience required to maintain one’s cultural identity amidst a tapestry of success stories and legal battles over intellectual property.

The city’s simmering racial tensions reflect broader socioeconomic challenges and systemic racism, which often manifest as racial prejudice. Despite this, I’ve strived for cultural assimilation and celebrated immigrant successthrough minority entrepreneurship. However, this path is marred by ethnic discrimination, social injustice, and racial profiling.

My experience with patent litigation underscores the fight for minority rights in a quest to achieve the American dream. It’s a struggle that demands recognition of multiculturalism within the Hispanic community and a broader understanding of civil rights and economic disparity. This narrative is not just mine but echoes the experiences of many who seek to weave their stories into the fabric of America’s diverse heritage.

Como mexicano-estadounidense nacido en Estados Unidos, especialmente en una ciudad como Las Vegas, Nevada, no he tenido ningún problema en utilizar el idioma inglés mientras asistía a escuelas primarias, secundarias y preparatorias junto con niños blancos de mi edad. ¡Crecí americano! De repente, la riqueza promedio llegó a una persona como yo nacida en Estados Unidos. Pero ambas culturas en Estados Unidos afirman que eso no es correcto. Muchas comunidades hispanas afirman que se supone que no debo ganar ese tipo de ingresos porque otros hispanos promedio no ganan esa cantidad de dinero en los códigos postales en los que elijo vivir. Luego, hace unos años, no hace mucho, mostré en un concesionario de automóviles nuevos en Las Vegas, Nevada, mi patente para la transmisión de video móvil en vivo. Esos ataques todavía están bajo investigación, lo que tiene pruebas claras de manipulación y no se divulgarán en su totalidad en este momento. Entonces, volviendo al tema, los blancos me rechazan porque inventé el video en vivo y tengo dos patentes para ese protocolo de Internet llamado propiedad intelectual. Los chinos me odian porque ahora China tiene que pagarme dinero. Los hispanos me desprecian porque normalmente gano más dinero que el hispano promedio en ese código postal y hablo inglés como mi lengua materna. Los negros de Las Vegas y Estados Unidos creen que no debería ganar dinero para comprar Tahoes nuevos y comer en elegantes taquerías sin que saboteen mi vehículo en un esfuerzo por frenarme financieramente. Hasta ahora, el único lugar seguro que he encontrado para comer tacos con una Tahoe nueva, que habla inglés, es El Paso, TX. Pero los blancos de esa región condujeron varios cientos de millas hasta El Paso desde una ciudad vecina y recientemente dispararon contra el centro comercial y Walmart, matando a varios mexicanos y mexicoamericanos inocentes en un lugar al que suelo ir con frecuencia en un esfuerzo por comprar y simplemente disfrute de la vida en un ambiente libre de racismo.
